What You'll Do:

As a Direct Support Staff, you'll support individuals with developmental disabilities in living full, independent, and meaningful lives. No two days look the same, and that's part of the magic.

You will:

Build genuine, supportive relationships Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, routines) Encourage independence and personal growth Help individuals engage in their community (outings, events, fun experiences) Provide a safe, positive, and respectful environment Be part of a team that truly has each other's backs

What We're Looking For:

You don't need years of experience, we believe that compassion cannot be taught and the right person has the personality to handle challenges with grace while also offering encouragement and dedication. We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate, patient, and reliable A strong communicator with a positive attitude Comfortable supporting individuals with varying needs (some of our locations require personal care assistance which includes toileting/showering) Flexible and team-oriented Ready to show up and make a difference

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to pass background checks A Day in the Life One day you might be helping someone cook their favorite meal.
