What's Next We are excited to launch a new Tapas program focused on indulgent, social dining: shareable small plates bursting with flavor and Mediterranean-inspired elegance. Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on, highly capable hospitality leader to oversee daily operations across our winery, brewery, distillery, kitchen, and live entertainment venue. This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, solves problems independently, and understands that hospitality is equal parts organization, leadership, urgency, and common sense. Responsibilities Operations Leadership Oversee daily Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations, ensuring smooth execution during regular service and high-volume concert nights. Staff Development Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Food & Beverage Oversight Manage inventory, ordering, prep coordination, and consistency for our expanding Tapas menu and beverage programs. Entertainment & Event Management Serve as the operational lead during live events and tribute concerts (~100 annually), including crowd management, hosting, and artist hospitality. Financial Performance Monitor labor, scheduling, inventory usage, waste, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability while maintaining quality. Facility & Problem Solving Handle day-to-day operational challenges with professionalism and initiative — from customer concerns to equipment issues to staffing adjustments. Qualifications Restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to remain calm and effective in high-volume environments Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and team accountability Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Passion for hospitality, live music, and creating memorable guest experiences Must possess practical problem-solving ability and a strong work ethic Culture Fit We value honesty, accountability, loyalty, professionalism, and common sense. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
