In this role, you will champion process optimization, implement lean manufacturing principles, and play a pivotal part in scaling manufacturing operations across the campus. Your proficiency in data analysis and process engineering will be crucial in enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Responsibilities Spearhead lean manufacturing projects to boost efficiency, enhance product quality, and reduce operational expenses. Create and deploy robust manufacturing processes that are both safe and scalable to meet increasing production demands. Analyze plant metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimizing facility layouts and workflows to enhance productivity. Support the launch of new products by industrializing manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient production. Drive initiatives focused on cost reduction and productivity improvements, directly impacting the bottom line. Offer technical guidance on manufacturing methods, conduct time studies, and optimize labor utilization to improve overall efficiency. Manage capital projects, overseeing equipment implementation to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Uphold strict compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role. Solid background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in supporting plant expansions or manufacturing startups. Proficiency in using SolidWorks and various data analysis tools. Preferred Skills Experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, or similar manufacturing settings. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and achieve measurable results. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes related to HVAC and heating systems. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
