Site Supervisor (Blacksmith Operations)

• 1st Shift East Peoria, IL $42
• 46/hour DOE Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Join a Team That Values You Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily operations, support employees, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for a strong leader with industrial maintenance experience, proven supervisory skills, and required CAD/design experience. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of skilled technicians Coordinate daily work activities and prioritize assignments Promote and enforce a strong safety culture Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and project execution Train, mentor, and develop team members Communicate effectively with customers and facility leadership Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are consistently met Utilize CAD software to support design, layout, and project planning requirements

Requirements:

What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience Previous supervisory or team leadership experience NEEDED 1-3+ years of CAD/Design experience

REQUIRED

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Experience with CMMS or maintenance software is a plus Blacksmith, fabrication, metalworking, and welding experience preferred Knowledge of forging operations, fabrication, metal forming, and welding processes is highly desirable knowledge/ use of CAD software in the design of lifting devices Why MMS? ?
