Job Summary At Rogue Vehicle Company, quality starts long before a cabinet is assembled. Every finished panel that leaves our cabinet shop becomes part of a premium adventure vehicle, and attention to detail at this stage is critical. We're looking for an experienced Edge Banding Technician to join our Cabinet Shop. In this role, you'll be responsible for applying edge banding, sanding cabinet components, and ensuring every part meets Rogue's standards for quality and consistency before moving into production. The ideal candidate has experience working in a cabinet shop or woodworking environment, takes pride in producing clean, consistent work, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate industrial edge banding equipment to produce clean, consistent cabinet components. Sand and finish cabinet panels prior to assembly. Inspect parts for quality, ensuring proper adhesion, finish, and appearance. Read shop drawings and cut lists to verify correct materials and part orientation. Perform routine machine setup, cleaning, and preventative maintenance. Report material defects or quality concerns before parts move to the next production stage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with additional cabinet shop production tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a cabinet shop, millwork shop, or woodworking manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience operating an edgebander is preferred. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Comfortable using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools. Ability to safely operate common woodworking tools and shop equipment. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout the workday. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
