In this role, you will be responsible for completing high-quality finish carpentry work, including cabinet making, trim installation, door hanging, and detailed woodworking tasks. Your expertise will help transform construction plans into beautifully finished spaces that meet precise specifications and client expectations. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, trim, moldings, doors, and other woodwork with precision and attention to detail Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, and sealing to achieve a polished look Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and ensure seamless project flow Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship Assist with remodeling projects, fixture installation, siding work, drywall finishing, and restoration tasks as needed Requirements Proven experience in finish carpentry, cabinet making, or related woodworking fields within residential or commercial settings Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, wood construction materials, and woodworking machines Familiarity with construction site safety protocols including power tool safety practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Experience with door hanging, flooring installation, stucco application, rebar installation, plastering or drywall finishing is a plus Knowledge of restoration industry standards or handyman experience is advantageous Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Join us to craft beautiful spaces while advancing your skills in a vibrant environment that values quality workmanship!
