Bathroom Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bathroom Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and remodeling bathrooms with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install bathroom fixtures and components. Install plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform installations such as tile laying, drywalling, caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture mounting. Conduct construction inspections to verify proper installation of plumbing, electrical wiring (where applicable), and structural elements. Perform restoration work after installation or renovation projects to ensure a polished final appearance. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling materials like concrete forming, stucco, masonry, welding, and flooring installation. Experience Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on bathroom or interior remodeling projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, estimating procedures, and inspection techniques. Hands-on experience with plumbing systems installation as well as electrical experience is highly desirable. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to construction projects. Familiarity with various construction trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, door hanging), roofing, masonry, plastering, fabrication, glass installation, cabinet installation, flooring (tile laying), concrete finishing, restoration work, welding, and construction painting. Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders along with heavy equipment when necessary. Excellent understanding of safety procedures on construction sites combined with the ability to identify potential hazards early.
