Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Millwork Installer for high-end residential projects. You will install custom cabinets, closets, wall panels, doors, trim, moldings, and other architectural millwork. You must be able to read shop drawings, make accurate cuts and adjustments, and complete clean, detailed work. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and proud of their craftsmanship. Responsibilities Read shop drawings, plans, and measurements. Install custom cabinets, closets, wall panels, doors, trim, moldings, and architectural millwork. Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and adjust millwork at the job site. Use hand tools and power tools safely. Maintain tight gaps, straight lines, clean reveals, and proper alignment. Check your work for quality and correct any problems. Protect floors, walls, cabinets, and other finished surfaces. Communicate clearly with project managers, designers, and other workers. Follow project plans, safety rules, and client requirements. Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. Willing to work overtime / weekend hours. Qualifications At least 4 years of millwork installation or high-end finish carpentry experience. Experience with custom cabinets, closets, wall panels, doors, trim, and moldings. Ability to read shop drawings and technical plans. Experience working with wood, veneer, MDF, laminate, and cabinet hardware. Skilled with saws, drills, routers, sanders, nail guns, chisels, levels, and measuring tools. Comfortable making cuts and modifications at the job site. Strong attention to detail and pride in clean work. Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds. Own basic hand tools and have a working cell phone.Pay:
$28.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per weekBenefits:
