Our team creates monuments, pylons, sign cabinets, channel letters, and other custom architectural sign products. We are seeking a skilled, dependable individual who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to contribute to a professional fabrication team. Position Summary JB3D is seeking an experienced Sign Fabricator with hands-on knowledge of custom architectural and commercial signage. The ideal candidate can work accurately from shop drawings, safely operate fabrication equipment, and complete projects with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Fabricate custom monuments, pylons, sign cabinets, channel letters, and related architectural signage Read, interpret, and work from shop drawings and fabrication specifications Measure, cut, bend, roll, notch, assemble, and finish metal and other sign materials Operate fabrication machinery, including hydraulic brakes and shears, metal rollers, notchers, band saws, and chop saws Safely operate power tools such as drills, grinders, routers, and similar equipment Follow project instructions, production schedules, and quality standards Inspect completed work for accuracy, appearance, and proper construction Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Follow all company and equipment safety procedures Qualifications Previous sign fabrication experience is required Experience fabricating monuments, pylons, cabinets, or channel letters is strongly preferred Ability to read and understand shop drawings, measurements, and fabrication details Familiarity with metal-forming machinery and common shop power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work independently Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Able to perform the physical duties associated with a fabrication shop Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
