Job Overview Alta Creative is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Graphics Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will install high-quality graphics on a wide variety of surfaces, including commercial vehicles, walls, windows, floors, and signage. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, professional installations and has a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects for well-known brands throughout Southern California while using industry-leading materials and installation techniques. Responsibilities Install vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, lettering, wall murals, window graphics, floor graphics, and various types of commercial signage. Prepare installation surfaces by cleaning, masking, measuring, and ensuring proper adhesion. Perform quality inspections throughout each installation to ensure graphics are properly aligned, free of bubbles or imperfections, and meet company standards. Load, organize, and maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Work both independently and alongside team members to complete projects safely and efficiently. Communicate professionally with customers and project managers while on job sites. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience installing vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, signs, or large-format graphics preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Comfortable working with ladders, lifts, and a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to read work orders, measurements, and installation layouts accurately. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial vehicle wraps and fleet graphics. Experience installing wall murals, architectural films, and window graphics. 3M, Avery Dennison, or PDAA installation certifications are a plus.
