Paradise Kitchen & Closets is hiring an experienced Finish Carpenter to handle our kitchen cabinet refacing installations. This is detail-driven, client-facing work — you're transforming existing kitchens by installing new doors, drawer fronts, veneers, moldings, and hardware to a flawless finish. If you take pride in tight reveals and clean lines, we want to talk. What you'll do Reface existing cabinetry: apply veneers/skins to cabinet boxes, install new doors, drawer fronts, and hardware Install crown molding, light rail, trim, fillers, and decorative end panels Measure, cut, scribe, and fit finish materials to exacting tolerances Adjust and align doors and drawers for consistent, even reveals Perform on-site problem-solving where cabinets and walls aren't perfectly square Keep the client's home clean and protected, and deliver a polished final walkthrough What you need Proven finish carpentry experience — cabinetry, refacing, or high-end trim work (required) Mastery of finish tools (track saw, miter saw, brad/pin nailers, jigs, levels) Ability to read layouts and work to precise measurements Sharp eye for reveals, alignment, and finish quality Own reliable transportation with space to load materials and a full set of finish carpentry tools Professional demeanor working in occupied homes Valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What we offer Consistent, year-round work with a growing company Competitive pay based on skill and experience A team that values craftsmanship This is skilled finish work — experienced carpenters only.
