About Us The Guys With Drills is a leading custom millwork and cabinetry installation company in Florida, specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects. We deliver precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship to every job. We're seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our team in the west coast and help us bring exceptional projects to life. Responsibilities Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and installation layouts for custom and semi-standard cabinetry. Measure, level, and install base, wall, and tall cabinets according to specifications. Install fillers, toe kicks, valances, panels, and moldings to complete cabinetry assemblies. Shim and adjust cabinets for plumbing, electrical, and site irregularities. Ensure all installations meet quality and aesthetic standards with minimal rework. Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and clients as needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of millwork installation experience (standard or semi-standard). Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and layouts. Strong knowledge of cabinet assembly, joinery, and hardware systems.
Proficiency with installation tools:
laser level, clamps, measuring & power tools. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in varying environments. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must have your own tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi-family cabinetry & trim. Familiarity with NKBA standards. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Van or Pick-up).
OSHA 10 / OSHA 30
Able to work nights or weekends
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
