WÜD Concept Inc. - Hallandale Beach, FL Full-Time | $30-$40/hour Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Cabinet Maker / Millworker to join our dynamic team.

Custom cabinetry and architectural millwork shop looking for an experienced cabinet maker / millworker. We are looking for someone who can work independently and produce clean, high-quality work with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinetry, millwork, and wood components for residential projects. Your expertise in woodworking, blueprint interpretation, and construction techniques will contribute to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately produce cabinetry and millwork components. Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently to cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood materials. Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, trim, siding, doors, and other wood fixtures on residential construction sites. Perform heavy lifting of materials and components while maintaining safety protocols throughout all phases of work. Execute finishing tasks such as caulking, stucco application, drywall installation, plastering, rebar installation for framing or restoration projects. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure construction plans are followed precisely and deadlines are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to power tool safety standards and industry best practices.

Experience Requirements:

Professional cabinetmaking / millwork experience Experience building and assembling custom cabinetry Able to read shop drawings and work accurately from dimensions Knowledge of woodworking machinery and hand tools Experience with veneer, laminate, plywood, MDF, and cabinet hardware Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented This is not an entry-level position.
