Southstar Custom Cabinets Residential, LLC is building a network of professional, experienced cabinet installation companies and independent installation crews to complete residential cabinet projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for established installation professionals who take pride in their workmanship, communicate professionally, respect customers' homes, and can consistently deliver high-quality cabinet installations. This is not an employee position . We are seeking qualified independent installation businesses/subcontractors for ongoing project opportunities as our residential business grows. Scope of Work Selected installation companies may perform: Kitchen cabinet installation Bathroom vanity installation Laundry-room cabinetry Built-in cabinetry Cabinet panels and finished ends Fillers Toe kicks Crown molding and cabinet trim Hardware installation Cabinet leveling, alignment and adjustment Punch-list and warranty corrections related to installation Projects will be supplied with approved designs, installation drawings and project-specific scopes of work. What Southstar Provides Southstar Residential will manage: Customer acquisition Sales Cabinet design coordination Customer contracts Project management Cabinet fabrication/procurement Delivery coordination Project scheduling Customer communication Change-order administration Project oversight Your company focuses on professional installation. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with reliable installation companies—not simply find crews for one project.

Minimum Requirements Installation companies must:

Have substantial cabinet installation experience Operate as a legitimate independent business Provide a completed W-9 Maintain required general liability insurance Maintain required workers' compensation coverage or legally valid documentation/exemption, as applicable Maintain any licenses or registrations required for the work being performed Provide their own professional installation tools and equipment Have reliable transportation Maintain a professional appearance and conduct Protect customers' homes and property Maintain clean and safe jobsites Communicate promptly with Southstar project management Complete projects according to approved plans and specifications Provide completion photographs and required project documentation Correct installation-related punch-list items promptly All installation companies must complete Southstar Residential's Installer Qualification & Compliance process before receiving projects. Preferred Qualifications We strongly prefer companies or crews with experience installing: Semi-custom cabinetry Full-overlay cabinetry Frameless cabinetry Face-frame cabinetry Decorative panels Crown and finished trim Large kitchen projects High-end residential cabinetry Experience working from professional cabinet drawings and elevations is strongly preferred.

Cabinets installed level, plumb and securely Consistent reveals Properly adjusted doors and drawers Clean filler and panel installation Professional trim and crown work Careful protection of floors, walls and customer property Immediate communication regarding field discrepancies No unauthorized modifications to approved designs No verbal or side agreements with customers Quality matters more to us than simply completing the job quickly. Compensation Project-based subcontract compensation. Pricing will be established according to project scope, size, complexity and installation requirements. Qualified installation partners can expect opportunities for ongoing residential projects as Southstar Residential grows. This is not a salaried or hourly employee position. Service Area We are initially seeking installation companies serving: Pasco County, Pinellas County, Hillsborough County and surrounding Tampa Bay communities. Installers willing to service a broader portion of Florida may also apply.
