Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Shop Worker and be a vital part of crafting high-quality custom cabinetry and woodwork. In this energetic role, you will collaborate with skilled carpenters and fabrication specialists to produce precise, durable, and aesthetically appealing cabinetry solutions. Your expertise will contribute to transforming design concepts into tangible masterpieces, supporting both residential and commercial projects. Sanders Duties for cabinet builder or cutout Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet components with precision Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation Conduct quality checks on fabricated parts for consistency, fitment, and finish quality Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting materials or assembled units; ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and CNC machinery for precise woodworking Experience in trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, fixture installation, and metal stud framing Familiarity with construction site procedures including safety standards for heavy lifting and material handling Ability to perform plumbing or electrical work related to cabinetry or fixture setups is a plus Knowledge of the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation processes Skilled in roofing, flooring installation (including tile laying), masonry work, rebar installation, and construction painting Join us to bring craftsmanship excellence into every project!
