Job Description

Cabinet Manager / Designer True Builders is seeking an experienced Cabinet Manager / Designer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating functional, high-quality cabinet designs while working collaboratively with our production and installation teams. Responsibilities Design custom kitchen, bath, and cabinetry layouts using ProKitchen software. Meet with customers to discuss design options, layouts, and material selections. Prepare accurate cabinet estimates and material takeoffs. Coordinate projects with sales, production, and installation teams. Verify field measurements and ensure designs are installation-ready. Assist with cabinet installation when needed, including the safe use of hand tools. Troubleshoot design or installation challenges and provide practical solutions. Maintain organized project files and communicate project progress with the team. Qualifications Experience using ProKitchen design software is required. Previous experience designing and/or installing cabinetry. Knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, hardware, and installation techniques. Comfortable using common hand tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Ability to read plans, blueprints, and specifications. Estimating experience is a strong plus. Construction or remodeling experience is preferred. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
