Overview We are looking for a motivated and reliable Carpenter Cabinet Installer Helper to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the trade or gaining hands-on experience in cabinet installation and general carpentry. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to support our lead installers in delivering high-quality work.

Duties:

Assist with demolition, basic framing, and preparation for cabinet and molding installations. Support lead carpenters with loading/unloading, material handling, and setup. Help measure and align cabinetry during installation. Clean and maintain tools, worksite, and vehicles. Follow instructions from the lead carpenter or installer. Ensure a safe and organized job site at all times. Learn and develop carpentry skills on the job.

Qualifications:

Some experience in construction or carpentry is helpful, but not required . Basic knowledge of tools like drills, levels, and measuring tape. Willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and punctuality. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
