Job Summary We do very high end residential cabinets, we currently have a finisher and a helper but need to expand our production capability. We have a paint booth with 2 booths and are looking to build another in the future. We build, finish, and install our own work, and need to ensure quality through the entire process. We are a shop of 14 employees, we work mon through thurs 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. Fridays are overtime which is paid time and a half. We have $25.00 as the starting/ probationary pay for the 1st 2 months, then we will bump you up in pay. We need someone who is self sufficient and can take pride and ownership of their own role. You will not have someone looking over your shoulder nit picking you, so this will come with more freedom, but more responsibility to get the job done. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation but no other formal benefits. You may be required to work overtime on late nights and fridays/ weekends when necessary although we try to avoid too much of that so it will not be the norm.
