Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our dynamic team. As a Finisher, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic and functional qualities of our product. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Install various types of flooring with precision and consistency Perform glazing work, including installation of glass in windows and doors Install doors, windows, and door hardware (locks, handles, closers, etc.) Ensure all finishes meet company quality standards and customer expectations Inspect completed work for accuracy, safety, and overall quality Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently during the finishing process Maintain a clean and organized work area Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of paint materials and maintenance of equipment. Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations while handling and applying paints and solvents. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project timelines and paint-related needs. Requirements Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to undergo training in safety and compliance policies related to warehousing operations.
