At Cobblestone, our shop runs on three things: skilled hands, sharp minds, and modern equipment. If you take pride in clean work, organized space, and solving problems before they become problems, keep reading... What you'll do:

• Build high-quality screen doors, shutters, and millwork from start to finish.
• Operate and get the most out of modern shop equipment (CNC, Moulder, Shapers, Rip Gang saws, and more).
• Read prints, plan your work, and execute with precision.
• Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways of doing things — We listen!
• Help maintain a clean, organized, safe shop where great work is possible.
• Mentor newer team members and learn from everyone around you.

Who you are:

• You have real shop experience — you know your way around wood, materials, and machinery.
• You're a problem solver. When something goes sideways, you figure it out instead of waiting to be told what to do.
• You organize your bench, your day, and your projects for success — chaos slows you down and you know it.
• You're hungry to learn the latest tools, techniques, and technology that improve quality and speed.
• You take ownership of your work and your impact on the team.
• You don't shy away from hard work — you find satisfaction in it .
