Job Overview A well established cabinet manufacturer in Douglasville, Ga is searching for a positive, motivated and high energy individual for assemble cabinets. Duties Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet components. Measure and mark materials with precision to ensure proper fit and alignment during fabrication. Operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently, including saws, sanders, drills, and lathes. Assemble cabinet parts with attention to detail, ensuring smooth finishes, proper hardware installation, and functional doors and drawers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to power tool safety protocols and industry best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or carpentry within residential or commercial settings. Strong ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately. Proficiency with hand tools such as chisels, saws, hammers, screwdrivers, as well as power tools for woodworking like drills, routers, sanders, and saws. Knowledge of wood construction materials including plywood, MDF, hardwoods, veneers, and related products. Familiarity with woodworking machines such as table saws, planers, jointers, and CNC equipment is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary. Strong understanding of power tool safety standards and proper handling procedures.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
