Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Gutter Installation Crew - 1099 Subcontractors and take part in transforming residential and commercial properties through expert gutter system installation. As a subcontractor, you'll be responsible for installing gutters, downspouts, and related components while adhering to safety standards and blueprint specifications. Responsibilities Install gutters, downspouts, and related drainage components according to project plans and technical drawings Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans to ensure precise measurements and proper alignment Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely and effectively during installation processes Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute installation tasks Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and function Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety protocols Conduct quality inspections of installed systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations Requirements Proven experience in gutter installation or related construction fields such as roofing, framing, or remodeling Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam is a plus Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely on job sites Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Experience with building material installation including fascia, soffit, siding, or stucco is advantageous Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for precise installations Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members Additional skills such as plumbing, electrical experience, tile masonry, concrete forming, fabrication, or fixture installation are beneficial but not required Join us as a dedicated gutter installation subcontractor and be part of a team committed to craftsmanship excellence!
