Lead Cabinet Technician Job Overview We are adding our fourth crew of cabinet technicians and are looking for a hungry, driven, and motivated Lead Cabinet Technician to join our fast-growing team in Atlanta. If you're someone who thrives on ownership, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is eager to grow into a leadership role, this is the perfect job for you . As we scale, we're committed to promoting high performers into management positions based on results, leadership, and initiative. As the on-site lead for each project, you'll be the face of the company to customers—managing removal, delivery, and installation of cabinets. You'll collaborate closely with our cabinet builder and finisher leads to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. This critical field role reports directly to the owners. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site leader for cabinet restoration and installation projects Execute and improve systems for cabinet removal, intake, and delivery Handle cabinet removals, deliveries, installations, and touch-ups with precision Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism Spend majority of work hours on job sites, with occasional work in the shop Use a wide range of tools including table saws, routers, edge banders, planers, sanders, and other power tools Maintain clear communication with the office manager, shop team, and general manager Identify and resolve issues that arise on-site—be solutions-oriented Ensure safety and cleanliness at every job site; enforce safety protocols Collect customer approvals (e.g., work authorizations, satisfaction certificates) Submit all required documentation and records using the DASH job management system Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in cabinetry, finish carpentry, construction, or home services Strong customer-facing communication skills and project ownership Prior experience with field installations, remodeling, or job site coordination Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-first mindset Ability to safely operate woodworking tools and field equipment Comfortable using mobile technology and job tracking systems (DASH experience a plus) Why Join Us?
