Trades We Are Hiring Painters — Licensed where required; lead-abatement certified and/or EPA RRP Certified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Plumbers — Licensed candidates preferred and required whenever the work or jurisdiction requires a license. Electricians — Licensed candidates preferred and required whenever the work or jurisdiction requires a license. Carpenters — Rough carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, trim, doors, cabinets, and general repairs. Masonry Professionals — Brick, block, stone, concrete, tuckpointing, repairs, and related work. Typical Responsibilities Complete assigned work according to the project scope, schedule, applicable codes, and quality standards. Follow all jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Communicate professionally with the project manager, property representative, residents, customers, and other trades. Provide accurate updates regarding progress, materials, delays, or additional work that may be needed. Protect surrounding surfaces and property and promptly report any damage or safety concerns. Qualifications Relevant hands-on experience in at least one of the trades listed above. Current trade license, lead-abatement certification, EPA RRP certification, or other credentials when required for the work. Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time at assigned jobsites. Ability to provide basic tools and safety equipment appropriate for your trade, unless otherwise arranged. Professional communication, dependable attendance, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. References and proof of credentials may be requested.
