Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience building, assembling, and installing custom or production cabinets and a strong attention to detail. This position requires the ability to read measurements and drawings, safely operate woodworking tools, and produce high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, assemble, and install cabinets and related wood components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials accurately. Operate woodworking equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently. Install hinges, handles, slides, doors, and other cabinet hardware. Inspect finished cabinets for quality, accuracy, and proper fit. Make adjustments and repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Previous cabinet-making, woodworking, carpentry, or millwork experience preferred. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements. Experience using saws, drills, sanders, routers, and other woodworking tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with custom cabinetry or commercial cabinet production. Knowledge of different wood types, finishes, and hardware. Ability to read shop drawings or CAD drawings. Experience with cabinet installation is a plus.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
