4-day workweek (4x10-hour shifts) and projects within an hour of the office What You'll Do Assist in the installation of motorized & fixed exterior screens, interior shades, blinds, and under-deck ceiling systems Work under the guidance of the Site Manager as part of a skilled, hardworking team Deliver high-quality results while ensuring customer satisfaction What We're Looking For 3+ years of construction experience 2+ years in trim carpentry, roofing, or (ideally) motorized screen installation Proficiency with hand & power tools Strong customer service skills - professional and courteous with clients Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Basic computer knowledge Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ready to Build Your Future?
