Job Description
Custom Cabinet Builder / Trim Carpenter Louisiana Strong Millwork is looking to add a dependable and skilled Custom Cabinet Builder / Trim Carpenter to our team. We specialize in custom cabinetry and millwork and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a hands-on shop and jobsite environment. Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinets Perform trim and finish carpentry Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately Read measurements, plans, and shop drawings Operate woodworking and carpentry tools safely Assist with cabinet installation and other millwork projects as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Produce quality work while staying on schedule Qualifications Cabinet building, woodworking, or trim carpentry experience preferred Experience using saws, routers, nail guns, and other woodworking tools Strong measuring and basic math skills Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Dependable and able to show up on time Able to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing the job right. Experience is important, but attitude, dependability, and craftsmanship matter just as much.
