About KR+H Kochman Reidt + Haigh designs and builds custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture. Responsibilities KR+H is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Woodworker with a minimum of five to ten years' door, cabinet, or furniture-making experience to join our Milling & Specials Team. We seek a colleague motivated by craftsmanship and eager to learn our standards. Our woodworkers are master craftspeople who solve some of the most complex parts of the cabinet-making process. Can read drawings and build doors and cabinets to specifications Set up and operate standard woodworking machines, including power saws, jointers, molders, and shapers Inspect and verify measurements, and check the quality and fit of pieces to ensure adherence to specifications Match materials for color, grain, and texture, paying attention to knots and other wood features Attach parts and subassemblies together to form completed units Ability to notice errors in their own work and the work of others Innovative, clever problem solver who seeks to collaborate in troubleshooting technically challenging cabinet builds About the Opportunity The pay range for this role is $32 to $38 per hour, depending on your expertise. In addition to other benefits, we offer five weeks of Paid Time Off, nine paid holidays annually, paid parental leave, a 401(k) with an employer match, and medical, dental, vision, STD, and LTD insurance. This position is on-site at our Stoughton location. This role requires a 40-hour workweek, with workdays running from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. There is regular opportunity for overtime if you wish. We also offer the ability to work on your own projects during off hours. This job requires you to be on your feet all day and regularly lift items weighing about 50 lbs.
