Kember is looking for a full-time cabinet designer who is looking to build a long-term relationship with our fast-growing organization. We are looking for someone with experience in cabinetry design to build sales for our Kember cabinet lines.

Job Description:

• Meet with residential clients and builders to discuss and identify client's design style
• Design all cabinetry related spaces including kitchens, bath, closets etc
• Develop pricing, estimations and contracts to complete sales
• Prepare, review and place orders and acknowledgements with accuracy
• Collaborate with installers, clients, builders and co-workers
• Develop and maintain business relationships
• Visit jobsites to measure and ensure design compatibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field
• 5+ years experience in cabinetry design and sales
• Precise attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and produce designs within deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Possess construction knowledge and the ability to read and understand blueprints
• Appliance and plumbing knowledge for cabinet integration

Base Pay:

$50,000 + commissions with no caps
