Job Description

Overview:
Waldoch Crafts is seeking a Woodshop Technician to join our team and assist with building custom vehicle interiors. This role requires the ability to work well as part of a team, follow detailed prints, and operate a variety of power and hand tools, including CNC equipment. The ideal candidate will have woodworking experience and be capable of crafting custom cabinets as well as assembling pre-made cabinet components. Candidates with formal woodworking training or apprenticeships are preferred, but those with extensive hands-on industry experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities
  • Follow prints to construct cabinets and wood components
  • Install components according to vehicle design specifications
  • Construct interior wood parts for custom vehicles
  • Operate CNC machinery (3-axis)
  • Use a variety of power and hand tools, including table saws and staplers
  • Follow all woodshop and departmental safety guidelines Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Completion of a cabinet-making apprenticeship or woodworking training program preferred
  • Construction, carpentry, or woodworking experience
  • Ability to read prints and measurements
  • Proficiency with power and hand tools
  • CNC machine operation experience
  • Reliable ability to commute to Forest Lake, MN for in-person work

From $22.00 per hour
