This hands-on role will lead the assembly team, coordinate workflow, maintain quality standards, and work alongside team members to keep production on schedule. Commercial millwork or cabinet assembly experience is preferred. Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to lead our caseline department.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and executing the department's workload. Setting directions for the team and ensuring efficient task completion. Collaborating with other shop leads, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion. Monitoring quality of completed pieces to ensure accuracy, craftsmanship, and that they meet company and client specifications. Conducting annual department reviews. Read and Interpret Blueprints

• Understand and follow detailed drawings, blueprints, and work orders to produce custom woodwork and millwork pieces. Operate Assembly Equipment
• Utilize hand and power tools such as drills, nail guns, staplers, routers, and saws to assemble and complete commercial casework and cabinets. Assembly and Fabrication
• Assemble and install components to build commercial casework and cabinets according to shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Maintain Equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assembly tools and equipment to ensure they remain safe and in good working order. Safety Compliance
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times.
