Semi-Custom Cabinet Designer Manager Helena, MT Premier custom counter and cabinetry provider in Helena, Montana, is looking for a Semi-Custom Cabinet Designer Manager to add to their growing team. This company has been in business for 20 years and has a 'team first' culture which prioritizes work-life balance.

Employee Purchase Program Essential Functions and Duties:
Lead and support the cabinetry sales and design team while driving individual and team performance Develop accurate, functional, and visually appealing cabinetry designs that meet customer needs and budgets Review plans, measurements, specifications, pricing, and order documentation for accuracy and completeness Guide customers and team members through cabinetry selections, design, pricing, ordering, installation, and service Coordinate with field measures, operations, purchasing, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution Coach and develop team members through training, design reviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing support
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in semi-custom cabinetry sales and design Extensive knowledge of semi-custom cabinetry, construction options, finishes, accessories, and organizational features Proficiency with 20/20 Design Flex or similar cabinetry design software Proven sales leadership experience with the ability to establish accountability and achieve team goals Strong understanding of cabinetry pricing, ordering, manufacturer requirements, and industry standards Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, coaching, and relationship-building skills Get in touch!
