• Full-time Overview We are looking for an eager and talented Apprentice to join our fast-growing team in Charlotte.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with more limited experience who have the desire to assist our Cabinet Finisher, Cabinet Builder and Operations Manager and to learn cabinetry, woodworking, and finishing techniques. This role will focus on restoring and finishing cabinets to meet our high standards of craftsmanship, working primarily in our workshop and occasionally on-site. Key Responsibilities Clean, sand, and prepare cabinets and components for finish Measure, cut an assemble cabinetry components Perform color matching to restore cabinets to pre-loss condition Work with a variety of tools and equipment including table saws, planers, sanders , power tools, spray booths, spray guns, stains, paints, brushes, and dust collection systems Occasionally assist on job sites performing touch-ups, repairs, and precision re-finishing Collaborate daily with builders, technicians, and the general manager Maintain inventory of supplies and notify when reorders are needed Identify wood species, grain patterns, and match finishes accurately Proactively flag issues, propose solutions, and maintain quality standards Requirements 3+ years experience carpentry or painting, especially with prep work Detail-oriented with high standards for craftsmanship Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledge of the restoration, construction, or woodworking industry is a plus Safety-first mindset and familiarity with safety protocols Why Join Us?
