Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of building material installations, ensuring that projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to the successful delivery of remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects, helping clients achieve their vision with precision and craftsmanship. Duties Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to determine installation requirements. Install a wide range of building materials including tile, masonry, stucco, trim carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, gutters, and plastering. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and secure materials according to specifications. Measure dimensions accurately with tape measures and other tools to ensure precise fitting and alignment. Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans meticulously during installation processes. Conduct inspections of installed materials to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate installation schedules and address any on-site challenges promptly. Skills Proficiency in using Bluebeam software for reviewing construction drawings and documentation. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques. Hands-on experience with construction inspection procedures and quality assurance practices. Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, framing carpentry, tile laying, masonry, stucco application, and flooring installation. Familiarity with gutter installation, caulking, trim carpentry, plastering, and cabinet installation. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise execution. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on remodeling projects or new builds. Competence in using ladders safely for elevated work tasks. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of building materials and techniques related to drywall finishing, tile masonry, dimensional measurements, and framing.
