Senior Basement & Foundation Installer / Production Lead 603 Basement Solutions is one of New England's fastest-growing basement waterproofing and foundation repair companies. We specialize in basement waterproofing, crawlspace repair, structural repairs, helical piers, foundation stabilization, and more. We are looking for an experienced installer who can become the right-hand man to our Head of Production . This is NOT an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already knows how to build, solve problems, and lead from the front. What You'll Be Doing You'll work directly alongside our Head of Production , helping manage and install projects including: Basement waterproofing systems Interior drainage systems Sump pump installations Crawlspace encapsulations Lally column installations Supplemental support systems Joist sistering Helical pier installations (experience preferred but we can train the right candidate) Huge Bonus Experience Additional compensation is available for candidates experienced with: Auxiliary wall installations Foundation wall stabilization Structural concrete work Reading structural plans Crew leadership and training What We're Looking For 3+ years in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, framing, or structural construction Comfortable leading a crew when necessary Able to solve problems without constant supervision High attention to detail Takes pride in doing quality work Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in crawlspaces and basements Who Will Love This Job You'll fit in well if you: Care about craftsmanship more than simply finishing fast Enjoy challenging structural work Want to continually learn new systems and techniques Take ownership of projects Want to work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees and customers Why 603 Basement Solutions?
