Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Finish Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Install interior finish cabinets, trim, doors, flooring, tile, drywall, stucco, and other wood or composite materials with accuracy and care Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and efficiently, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns Measure accurately and perform heavy lifting safely to handle construction materials and fixtures on-site Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure construction plans are followed precisely and deadlines are met Experience Proven experience in residential carpentry with a focus on finish work and fixture installation Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Hands-on experience with woodworking machines and tools used in framing, cabinetry, drywall installation, and finishing Familiarity with construction site safety protocols related to power tools and heavy equipment operation Background in various aspects of the restoration industry including water damage repair, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, siding installation, and flooring Ability to perform precise measurements for door hanging, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, tile laying, flooring installation, and fixture setup Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards such as power tool safety procedures Join us if you're eager to showcase your craftsmanship in a collaborative environment that values quality workmanship.
