Experienced cabinet installers and candidates interested in learning the trade are both encouraged to apply. Previous experience is valued but not required. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in quality work, learn from instruction, and represent our company professionally in customers' homes and on active jobsites. This is a regular W-2 employee position, not subcontract or 1099 work. Pay and Schedule $17.00-$25.00 per hour based on verified experience and demonstrated ability Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Occasional overtime may be available or required Responsibilities Install residential and commercial cabinetry according to approved layouts and job specifications Measure, lay out, level, plumb, square, shim, fasten, and align cabinetry accurately Install fillers, finished panels, toe kicks, molding, trim, hardware, and accessories Scribe and cut materials for proper fit against walls, floors, and ceilings Adjust doors, drawers, hinges, slides, and hardware for proper alignment and operation Read cabinet layouts, dimensions, appliance specifications, and basic construction drawings Inspect materials and completed work for damage, accuracy, and finish quality Safely load, unload, move, and protect cabinets, tools, and jobsite materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, supervisors, and coworkers Assist with punch-list, service, and correction work as needed Requirements Current, valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the company's insurer Reliable transportation to and from work Legally authorized to work in the United States Dependable attendance Ability to use or learn hand and power tools safely Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to accept instruction and correction Ability to safely lift and carry approximately 75 pounds independently and assist with heavier cabinets using team-lifting practices, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, climbing short ladders, and performing physical work throughout the day Resume required; candidates advancing in the process will be asked for professional references Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background and motor-vehicle-record check consistent with applicable law Preferred but Not Required Cabinet-installation, finish-carpentry, remodeling, or construction experience Familiarity with levels, saws, drills, fasteners, scribes, and cabinet hardware Ability to communicate in Spanish Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage after six months, with a 50% company contribution toward employee-only coverage Dependent coverage available without a company contribution Traditional
