We are a local custom cabinetry and furniture company with over 60 years in business , and we are urgently looking for an experienced Lead Cabinet Installer to join our team.

Hours:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-3:00

PM Position:

Full-Time Lead Cabinet Installer We are looking for someone who has hands-on cabinet installation experience , takes pride in quality craftsmanship, can work independently, and is confident problem-solving in the field . This is a lead position, so experience and attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities Measure & Prepare:

Accurately measure spaces and verify layouts before and during installation.

Assemble & Install:

Assemble, position, level, and securely mount kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry in residential and commercial spaces.

Install Units:

Properly anchor upper and lower cabinets to wall studs using appropriate power tools, hardware, and installation techniques.

Make Adjustments:

Hang and align cabinet doors, install drawers and hardware, make necessary adjustments, and complete final touch-ups and caulking.

Problem Solve:

Identify installation challenges in the field and find effective solutions while maintaining the quality of the finished product.

Lead Installations:

Take ownership of jobs from start to finish and help ensure installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally. Maintain the

Job Site:

Protect floors and surrounding areas, clean up debris, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Customer Service:

Represent our company professionally while working in clients' homes, businesses, and active job sites. What We're Looking For Previous cabinet installation experience required Lead installer experience strongly preferred Strong measuring, leveling, assembly, and finishing skills Experience using power and hand tools Ability to read plans, drawings, and measurements Excellent problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and as part of a team Takes pride in craftsmanship and completing a job correctly We are looking to hire immediately!
