Looking for a drafter well versed in

MICROVELLUM

software. He/she will work directly with shop and project manager to design and prepare projects for production. All project design and production information and processes required are communicated to the Shop Foreman to ensure completeness and design quality of each production order for timely execution of each assigned project. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generating shop drawings and cut lists using Microvellum. Compiling materials and hardware lists. Review materials and processes in each stage of production through physical inspections. Field questions from craftsmen regarding fixtures.

Skills and Experience:

Extensive knowledge regarding entire projects including: materials used, fabrication methods and timelines. Ability to read architectural drawings. Ability to accurately estimate the material and hardware need to complete a job. Make decisions during fabrication in line with the design intent. Experience using Microvellum is required Organized, responsible, enthusiastic, and timely with a strong work ethic is mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining standards in quality and craftsmanship a must We are located in Las Vegas. Remote may be considered.
