Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality custom cabinets tailored to client specifications, ensuring precision and craftsmanship at every stage. Your expertise in woodworking, blueprint interpretation, and use of both hand and power tools will be essential to delivering exceptional products. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately build custom cabinets Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry using hand tools and power tools for woodworking Operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently to shape wood construction materials Ensure all cabinetry meets quality standards through precise craftsmanship and attention to detail Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet specifications, deadlines, and project goals Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to power tool safety protocols Assist with related tasks such as fixture installation, door hanging, siding, or remodeling projects as needed Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, carpentry, or woodworking within residential or commercial settings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines Strong understanding of construction plans and interpreting technical drawings Knowledge of wood construction materials including cabinetry components and finishing techniques Experience with drywall, caulking, stucco, rebar installation, concrete forming or plastering is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on construction sites with various industry requirements Familiarity with metal stud framing, flooring installation, fixture installation or restoration industry experience is advantageous Commitment to safety practices such as power tool safety and proper handling of materials Join us if you're passionate about crafting beautiful custom cabinets while ensuring safety and quality at every step. Pay:
