Job Description

Description Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement instructional programs on the installation of ceilings, including understanding blueprints, preparation, and industry-best practices.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and training preparations, material selection, installation techniques, and finishing processes.
  • Assess member progress, provide individualized feedback and support to foster growth and skill development.
  • Remain current on industry advancement, tools, techniques, and trends related to ceiling installation.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with members, fostering engagement and motivation in the learning process.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Interior Systems Ceilings installation.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in Interior Systems ceilings installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse group of learners.
  • Basic proficiency with PC and tablets, as well as related software for instructional purposes.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze reports and data relevant to instructional outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tasks through to completion.
  • Able to work effectively individuals from diverse backgrounds.
