TPSTYLES
is seeking skilled and motivated Cabinet Assemblers, Builders, and Makers to join our production team. As a Millwork/Cabinet Builder, you will work closely with our team of craftsmen to fabricate, assemble, and package custom pieces that meet our clients' exact specifications and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities Assemble, build, and fabricate custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, furniture, seating, and related products. Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools to produce precise, high-quality parts. Measuring, cutting, and assembling components for durable, beautiful results. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and production specifications. Measure, mark, cut, shape, and prepare wood and composite materials to precise dimensions. Assemble components using screws, nails, dowels, glue, clamps, adhesives, and other fastening methods. Laminate cabinet and furniture components as required. Install hardware including hinges, drawer slides, handles, locks, catches, and other cabinet accessories. Sand, trim, scrape, and prepare products for finishing to ensure a smooth, high-quality appearance. Match materials for color, grain, and texture when required. Identify quality concerns and communicate issues promptly to supervisors. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all company safety procedures. Properly care for tools, equipment, and materials. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and customer expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Keeping a safe, orderly work area and following established safety protocols. Repairing or modifying existing cabinetry when projects call for it. Qualifications Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork construction. Proficiency in using a variety of woodworking tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to drive a truck and trailer to assist with deliveries a plus. 2+ years of recent experience in custom cabinetry or closely related woodworking. Thorough knowledge of tools, materials, joinery, and finishing. Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable working independently. Physical capability for material handling and equipment operation. High school diploma or equivalent; further carpentry/woodworking training is a plus. Experience in cabinet assembly, cabinet building, woodworking, millwork, furniture manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications is preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, routers, and measuring equipment. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong work ethic with the ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
