Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation processes Install a wide range of building materials such as tile, masonry, stucco, trim carpentry, flooring, and fixtures with precision Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations including door hanging, cabinet setup, gutter installation, and drywall finishing Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment Conduct construction inspections to verify adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure installation meets expectations and specifications Maintain a clean, organized work site while following safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in construction or related fields such as remodeling, carpentry, or building material installation Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is desirable Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, concrete forming, plastering or tile laying is preferred Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise installation work Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices like tape measures, and ladder use for elevated tasks Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights on ladders or scaffolding Valid experience in construction site safety practices Join us if you're eager to bring craftsmanship to life through meticulous installation work!
