Responsibilities vary to position: Sanding; Scuffing; Assembly positions available at this time

• Sanding
• Scuffing for the paint department
• Assemble cabinets and other wood products according to blueprints and specifications
• Operate various woodworking tools and machinery
• Measure, cut, and shape wood materials
• Install hardware, such as hinges and handles, onto finished products
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Use DA Sander
• Comfortable with power tools (drills, table saw, etc.)
• Previous experience as a carpenter or cabinet maker is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings helpful
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials
