Job Description

Job Overview Superior Woodworks LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing cabinet and woodworking team. We need someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants an opportunity to learn, develop, and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate woodworking hand and power tools, including saws, drills, routers, and sanders Fabricate and assemble cabinets, tables, trim, and custom woodwork Build and install plastic laminate (PLAM) cabinets and laminate countertops Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, crown molding, baseboards, and other wood finishes Detach and reset existing cabinets Take field measurements and prepare cabinet and material takeoffs Assist with cabinet layouts, designs, estimates, and material lists Read and follow technical drawings, construction plans, and project specifications Perform general carpentry and woodworking in the shop and at residential and commercial job sites Maintain a clean and organized work environment and properly store tools and materials after each task
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience in carpentry, cabinetmaking, or woodworking is preferred Prior construction estimating or material takeoff experience is a plus but not required Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans is preferred Experience operating CNC routers or other woodworking and fabrication equipment is desirable but not mandatory Ability to measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble materials accurately Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company is essential Join our team if you are passionate about craftsmanship and eager to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment where quality matters. Pay:
