Job Description

Keystone Wood Specialties Inc. is a wholesale manufacturer of wood components for the custom cabinet, furniture, and remodeling industries. We're a family-owned company focused on providing a safe, clean and enjoyable workplace for our employees. At Keystone, you can grow and develop your skills with cross-training opportunities. We have an opening in our Finishing Department for an experienced Finish Sprayer. The ideal candidate MUST have prior work experience in sanding and finishing wood products and be proficient at applying Paints, Clear Coat and Primer as well as stains or glazes to products such as cabinet doors, drawers, moulding and other cabinet components. Must have experience in spray process and able to spray wood cabinetry without runs. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:00 - 3:30 p.m. - 4-10 hour days. Pay based on Experience!
Essential Functions:
Spray wood products and apply stains or glazes. Mix varnish and spraying products for sealing or for top coat. Clean, set up and maintain spray booths and spraying equipment. Inspect wood components for defects. Perform sanding and wood preparation as needed. Document materials used in order processing. Track orders and follow daily production schedules. Follow SOP's for consistent, reliable finishes Prior experience spraying in a wood working/cabinet shop is preferred.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of different wood species. Good manual dexterity. Ability to discern color differences. Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs.
