Job Description

Harvest Cabinetry and Millworks is a growing custom cabinet shop in Central Pennsylvania, and we're looking for people who want more than just a job. Join our Assembly Department , learn a real trade from experienced craftsmen, and grow with a company that rewards skill and effort. Experience is a plus but not required. What you'll do: Assemble cabinet boxes from machined parts: glue, clamp, fasten, and square them up Attach face frames, backs, and toe kicks Install drawer boxes, drawer slides, and roll-outs Hang, align, and adjust doors and hinges Install hardware and accessories Work from shop drawings and cut lists, checking your work for fit, square, and quality Keep your tools and assembly area organized and clean What you need: Ability to read a tape measure accurately and confidently Ability to follow instructions A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, whatever your experience level Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Comfortable on your feet all day and lifting up to 50 lbs A bonus, but not required: Cabinet assembly, carpentry, or furniture-building experience Manufacturing experience Experience with pneumatic nailers, clamps, and power hand tools Ability to read shop drawings and prints
Details:
Full time, Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | 30-minute lunch | two paid 15-minute breaks Pay depends on experience — we pay for apptitude, skill and effort, and we review it as you grow Supportive team environment Opportunity to advance within the company
