Harvest Cabinetry and Millworks is a growing custom cabinet shop in Central Pennsylvania, and we're looking for people who want more than just a job. What you'll do: Prep cabinetry and components for finish: sanding, filling, caulking, and cleaning Spray primers, paints, sealers, and topcoats Apply stains, glazes, and specialty finishes by hand and by spray Mix and match custom paint and stain colors to approved samples Inspect every piece for quality standards Keep spray equipment, booth, and finish room clean, maintained, and organized Help plan the daily finish schedule to keep jobs moving on time What you need: A very keen eye for detail, color, and consistency Patience and pride in doing the job right, not just fast Ability to follow instructions and finish schedules A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, whatever your experience level Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Comfortable on your feet all day and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to wear a respirator and required safety gear A bonus, but not required: Spray finishing experience with HVLP, air-assisted airless, or similar equipment Experience with lacquers, catalyzed finishes, or waterborne coatings Color matching, staining, or glazing experience Cabinetry, furniture, or automotive finishing, or refinishing experience Leadership or training experience
