Job Description

We are customer-driven. We are craftsmen. We are Plain & Fancy. We are currently seeking an experienced Hardware Installer to join our production team. This position plays a key role in the performance, appearance, and durability in our high-end custom cabinetry.
Key Responsibilities:
Install cabinet hardware; including hinges, pulls, knobs, slides, and specialty components according to specifications Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality of all cabinetry and installed hardware Read and follow work orders, drawings, and installation specifications Inspect completed work to verify quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship Collaborate with production teams to resolve installation or component issues Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, hardware installation, or related manufacturing work Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and work orders Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in assembly and hardware installation Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to custom, one‑of‑a‑kind builds Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production team Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle cabinetry components Willingness to learn new hardware systems, tools, and installation techniques Benefits include: 4 Day Work Week - Monday through Thursday 5am-3:30pm Exceptional health, dental, vision coverage 401k plan,

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
