Job Description

We are customer-driven. We are craftsmen. We are Plain & Fancy. We are currently seeking an experienced Mill Operator to join our production team. This position plays a key role in the ensuring materials are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate milling equipment to produce components according to drawings, measurements, and specifications Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency Inspect materials before and after milling to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and technical specifications Collaborate with production teams to resolve material or machining issues Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on milling equipment Track material usage and communicate shortages or concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Experience operating milling equipment, power tools, hand tools, and various saws in a woodworking or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise, high‑quality components Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and work orders Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust machine settings as needed Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production team Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and machining techniques Benefits include: 4 Day Work Week - Monday through Thursday 5am-3:30pm Exceptional health, dental, vision coverage 401k plan,
